In order to initially log in to the Academy site, you should have received an email that contains your username (email address) as well as a link to set your password. If you have not received this email, or your login link has expired, please follow the instructions below.
Navigate to https://academy.confidentlearners.com/#/login and can click the "Forgot Password?" link as shown below.
Enter your Username or Email Address and click the Reset Password button. The system will send you a new temporary password to your email address within minutes.
If you are still experiencing login problems or have not yet received your password reset email:
- Check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder; it is possible that the password email went to this folder, depending on your email settings.

If it is not in this folder, contact your Coordinator and inquire about the expected start date of your training/course. The case may simply be that your training has not yet been activated.
- If you received a login error, please contact us with your name, email address, school/district, and the name of the training/course you are enrolled in.
