The users may have different views on the Progress Monitor as it depends on the type of role granted to them.
When landing on the main page dashboard you are shown Quick Stats for either your class (Teacher) or your school (Prinicipal/Admin). On the dashboard you will also be able to select a few Quick Links, such as Data Entry to enter scores, or Results and Progress to see reporting tools.
When selecting Results and Progress, the school coordinator would see the following data windows: the Growth Chart, School, and Classroom.
School Level View:
Use the top filter to show results by each of the Phases within each tab.
School admin can first see the Growth Chart for an up to date balloon chart for the whole school by Phases.
You can select the School tab to see real time data on your schools progress per classroom and the number of students per challenge for the whole school.
You can then select the Classroom tab to see data entered and student progress per classroom.
Teacher Level View:
Teachers’ views are limited to the particular class assigned to them. Once logged in, they can only see their class showing their list of students and where they are by Phase, as well as the Record Scores and Export Notes buttons at the bottom.
