This article will discuss further how to reset your password if you forget or update your password security in the Learning Management System.
Steps:
- Go to https://academy.confidentlearners.com/#/login
- Click the Forgot Password?
3. To send the reset password link to your account, you can enter your username or Email address and select the “Reset Password” button.
Note: Your username is the same account as your email account used.
4. A confirmation message is displayed that the password reset link has been sent to your email address.
5. In your email account, you will receive a notification from The Learning Bar Academy with the subject line: “The Learning Bar Academy Password Reset.”
6. Click the link provided and ensure that the password has been updated based on the duration of the expiration date, as shown above. Otherwise, you have to go through the process back again.
7. Enter your New Password, Confirm your Password, and click Reset Password to save the changes, and you will see a confirmation message that your password has been successfully reset.
